Gloryland Gospel Gang is now
GloryBound
Louisville based Gloryland Gospel Gang has changed the
name of the group to GloryBound.
According to group members, the change was made
to reflect the direction God has the group going.
GloryBound
members are Tom Stryker, Bass; Stephen Ulrich, Baritone,
Jim Glass, Lead; and Jan Ulrich Tenor.
“We
love the Lord and everything he has done for us,”
stated Tom Stryker the group’s song writer and
arranger. “We
know that by His Grace we all can be Glory Bound. We
want to share that news with as many as possible. Many
of the songs we sing are about the time we look forward
to in heaven, and we all felt that this name better
reflects what our group is about.
“I
love to sing and have been for quite some time,” added
Jim Glass. “The words Glory Bound describe where my
relationship is with the Lord.
I Love Him and I Love serving Him.”
GloryBound
is also busy building a new web site to support
the group’s ministry – www.IamGloryBound.com.
The web site will include the group’s schedule,
information about CD projects, and it will include
testimonials from those who want to share their love for
the Lord with others.
“God tells us all to go out and
share with others the Good News!
Tom, Jim, and I are able to do that with our
music,” proclaimed Stephen Ulrich. “There are a lot of people that God has truly blessed.
The web site will give them a means to share with
others what the Lord has done for them.”
